Associate Vice Provost and Dean of Student Affairs

As Associate Vice Provost and Dean of Students, Dr. Rodriguez is actively involved in various aspects of student life including:

Through coordination and cooperation with university and division resources, his office provides the services and support to students, faculty, staff and parents through a wide range of programs and activities, as well as assists students in resolving problems and advocates for students, when appropriate. It also provides oversight for the administration of the university's disciplinary procedures and the honor system.

Dr. Rodriguez sits on a number of university committees, participates in orientation activities and manages several departments within the division. He also plays a key role in excecuting several major policy statements of the university including the VCU Honor System.
